We feel very strongly that we need a in-depth understanding your business before dsigning any solution. And though FileMaker Pro is our development platform of choice, sometimes the answers to your problems may lie elsewhere. We take an objective, "Industrial Engineering" view of your business and search for inefficiencies and redundancies in your business process. We then make recommendations as to the best solutions. If there is a better solution than FileMaker to solve your problem, we will tell you so. We also need to understand your culture and work environment to make sure that our recommended solution will be accepted by the people that will be using it on a daily basis. Once we fully understand the problems you are trying to solve, we sit down and map out a design of the intended solution. After we agree on a design, development comes next, followed by testing, deployment and training. We solicit your feedback through the entire process to make sure there are no surprises
